La intención es la de crear un arte como motor para una reconstrucción alternativa del país desde la autogestión, motivados por las necesidades del entorno y de la gente.
Abstract: Santurce es Ley reaches its sixth edition, inviting to go back to the beginning of the festival, with the purpose of rescuing its essence. The intention is to create art as an engine for an alternative reconstruction of the country through self-administration, motivated by the needs of people and the environment.

Su fundadora, la artista Noemí Segarra, lo concibió como un espacio movible en el que se trabaja en la improvisación y las prácticas artísticas del cuerpo.
Abstract: A Living Workshop at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Puerto Rico gives rise to this analysis of the trajectory of PISO Project from their birth in 2012. Their founder, the artist Noemí Segarra, concieved it as a mobile space in which one works on improvisation and the artistic practices of the body.
Resumen: El 20 de marzo de 2013, 2BLEÓ abrió su muestra Colectiva 1, con la participación de 18 artistas. La gestión de este espacio alternativo está a cargo del artista ganador de la Beca Lexus (2011) Omar Obdulio Peña Forty.
