Resumen: Recent Work es el título de la exhibición de Arnaldo Roche Rabell que abrió en Walter Otero Contemporary Art hasta el 26 de enero del 2014. Como una continuación de su período Azul, Roche Rabell presentó 8 piezas que intensifican la reflexión en torno a la relación que existe entre el individuo y las cosas que le rodean y que posee.
Abstract: Recent Work is the title of Arnaldo Roche Rabell’s exhibition, that opened at the Walter Otero Contemporary Art Gallery on January 26, 2014. As a continuation to his Blue period, Roche Rabell presented 8 pieces that intensify the reflection around the relationship between individuals and the things that surround them and what they possess.
Resumen: La exposición retrospectiva Conducta, Coreografía del error, curada por Nelson Rivera, reunió más treinta años de cuerpo de trabajo de la artista Viveca Vázquez, en el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Puerto Rico. La muestra de esta importante figura incluyó memorabilia, vestuario y documentación de vídeo, a la vez que resaltaba su aportación dentro del desarrollo de las artes performativas en Puerto Rico.
Abstract: The retrospective exhibition Conduct, Choreography of Error, curated by Nelson Rivera, brought together more than thirty years of artistic work of Viveca Vázquez, at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Puerto Rico. The exhibition of this important figure included memorabilia, costume and video documentation, while highlighting her contribution to the development of performing arts in Puerto Rico.
