Crespo Arm\u00e1iz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Resumen<\/strong>: M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la rivalidad inicial entre fotograf\u00eda y pintura a mediados del siglo XIX, la primera alcanzar\u00eda a jugar un rol destacado como apoyo al trabajo del artista pict\u00f3rico. Bajo esta premisa, se analizan diferentes obras pertenecientes a algunos de los movimientos art\u00edsticos desarrollados a lo largo de los siglos XIX y XX. En el caso puertorrique\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s, destacar\u00e1 la figura pionera de Ram\u00f3n Frade en el empleo de estos recursos a la hora de componer algunas de sus piezas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong>: Beyond the initial competition between photography and painting in the mid-nineteenth century, the former would play a key role as a support for the pictorial artist\u2019s work. Under this premise, ithe author analyzes different works in art movements throughout the 19th and 20th centuries.
