Este ha sido construido por el Municipio de San Juan e inaugurado el 26 de junio de 2016 en el Parque del Tercer Milenio como parte de la celebraci\u00f3n anual de la Marcha de Orgullo de la Comunidad LGBT.<\/span><\/p>\n Abstract<\/b>: Lilliana Ramos Collado reviews the Western tradition of the monument as a complex and pertinent social object, in the context of the new Monument to the Victims of Orlando.
