La intenci\u00f3n es la de crear un arte como motor para una reconstrucci\u00f3n alternativa del pa\u00eds desde la autogesti\u00f3n, motivados por las necesidades del entorno y de la gente.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Abstract<\/b>: Santurce es Ley reaches its sixth edition, inviting to go back to the beginning of the festival, with the purpose of rescuing its essence.
