Abstract:<\/strong>\u00a0Breaking the Ice<\/em> is a project created by the Puerto Rican artist Radam\u00e9s “Juni” Figueroa, for the Whitney Museum Biennal, in 2014. Curator Stuart Comer offered the artist the building’s terrace so he could “tropicalize” it, a process and a result that is analyzed in this article.<\/span><\/p>\n
