Resumen:<\/strong> Crossing the Line<\/em> fue una exhibici\u00f3n de pinturas del artista estadounidense Anthony Gianni. Realizada a modo de narraci\u00f3n, gir\u00f3 en torno a la ceremonia de l\u00ednea de cruce, en la que se realiza un ritual de iniciaci\u00f3n a los marineros mercantes que cruzar\u00e1n la l\u00ednea del Ecuador por primera vez, para asegurarse que la tripulaci\u00f3n tolerar\u00e1 los tiempos dif\u00edciles en altamar. Crossing the Line estuvo abierta al p\u00fablico hasta el 6 de marzo de 2014 en Walter Otero Contemporary Art.<\/span><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong> Crossing the Line<\/em> was an exhibition of paintings by American artist Anthony Gianni. Carried out as a narrative, which revolved around the ceremony of the crossing line, in which a ritual of initiation is performed for the merchant sailors who will cross the Ecuator line for the first time, to ensure that the crew will tolerate the difficult times at sea. Crossing the Line, was open to the public until March 6, 2014 at the Walter Otero Contemporary Art Gallery.<\/span><\/p>\n
