Se repasa aqu\u00ed dicho concepto seg\u00fan aparece en la doctrina plat\u00f3nica y aristot\u00e9lica, para contrastarlas con la reconsideraci\u00f3n llevada a cabo por el fil\u00f3sofo Hans G. Gadamer. La cr\u00edtica gadameriana nos permitir\u00e1 abordar una relectura del concepto de <em>m\u00edmesis<\/em> que, a su vez, abre una nueva v\u00eda para interpretar las pr\u00e1cticas apropiacionistas, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del marco conceptual de la cr\u00edtica postmodernista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 120%;\"><strong>Abstract:<\/strong> The concept <em>mimesis<\/em>, as reproduction or imitation of nature, has been one of the central themes of aesthetic reflection. This concept is reviewed here, as it appears in Platonic and Aristotelian doctrines, to contrast it with the reconsideration carried out by the philosopher Hans G. Gadamer. Gadamer\u2019s critique will allow us to address a rereading of the concept of <em>mimesis<\/em> that, in turn, opens a new way of interpreting Appropriation Art, beyond the conceptual framework of postmodernist critique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 120%;\"><strong>Palabras clave:<\/strong> arte, <em>m\u00edmesis<\/em>, apropiaci\u00f3n, Hans G.
