Resumen:<\/strong> Entre el 5 al 7 de abril de 2013 se celebr\u00f3, por cuarta ocasi\u00f3n, \u201cSanturce es Ley\u201d, el festival de arte urbano en San Juan. En \u00e9l se convoc\u00f3 a artistas, tanto locales como internacionales, a someter sus trabajos y propuestas, fomentando la autogesti\u00f3n. En el evento p\u00fablico, los estratos sociales se desplazaron hasta formar un mosaico donde cada pieza llega con su propio bagaje e intereses muy particulares.<\/span><\/p>\n

Abstract:<\/strong> For the fourth time, from the 5th to the 7th of April, 2013, the urban art festival \u201cSanturce es Ley\u201d, was held in San Juan. Both local and international artists were invited to submit their work and proposals, encouraging self-management. In the public event, the social strata moved to form a mosaic where each element arrives with its own baggage and very particular interests.<\/span><\/p>\n
